Please make sure to read and fully understand these booking conditions. If anything is unclear, please contact us so that we can explain it to you in more detail, to avoid misunderstandings.
The following terms and conditions apply to bookings.
A contract between you and the owner will be formed upon receipt of payment and issuance of a booking confirmation with confirmed holiday dates. The contract is binding on you and all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms and conditions of the contract set out in these booking conditions. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms and conditions may result in the termination of the contract and loss of your booking.
The houses on offer are fully furnished, bed linen and towels will be provided. Tourist tax fee, must be paid in cash at the reception upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
59-31 days before arrival: 25% of the price
30-15 days before arrival: 50% of the price
14 days and less before arrival: no refund
Payment options
We offer payment by bank transfer or credit card.
Unless otherwise agreed in the Contract or between the participants, for a rental ordered usually more than one calendar month before the holiday, the Customer usually pays 50% of its full price immediately at the time of conclusion of the Contract, then usually one calendar month before departure, pays the remaining amount - ADDITIONAL PAYMENT to the full rental price agreed in the Accommodation Contract.
The Lessor must receive the additional payment no later than 15 days before the scheduled departure. If the Lessor does not receive the additional payment within this period, he is entitled to withdraw from the Accommodation Agreement and occupy the place with other customers.
Unless otherwise agreed in the Agreement or between the participants, for accommodation ordered usually less than one calendar month before the holiday, the Customer pays the full amount for the accommodation in a single payment, to the Lessor's account.
Insurance
We recommend that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance that will cover the cancellation of your holiday. If you decide not to book, you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur as a result of your cancellation.
Your reservation will not be cancelled by the Owner, except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Cancellations will be notified as soon as possible and we will immediately refund any payments made for your holiday.
No parties or events - the maximum number of people using the accommodation at any time must not exceed the number of people and the facilities may only be occupied by the people stated on the booking form.
The homeowner reserves the right to terminate the booking without prior notice and without compensation in the event of a breach of this condition.
Bookings cannot be accepted from anyone under the age of 18. The owners reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason. The homeowners' representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time to carry out basic maintenance or for inspection purposes.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
The rental period usually starts at 3pm unless otherwise agreed and guests are required to vacate the rental by 10am on the day of departure. This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for arriving guests.
Pets and Smoking
Smoking and pets are not permitted in our homes.
Damage Deposit
When making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or any member of your party and agree to fully indemnify us for any losses we may incur as a result. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required and will be refunded on departure, less any damage.
Damage and Breakage
Please treat the facilities and accommodation with due care so that other guests can continue to use them. If you find anything missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so that we can take appropriate action. If any damage or breakage occurs during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report it immediately, particularly before departure. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of your holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage.
Usage
– Do not move any furniture from one room to another. Take off your shoes before entering the house.
- If you leave the property unoccupied, please lock the doors and close the windows.
- Make sure to turn off the lights, heating, air conditioning or any electrical appliances when you go out - we are an eco-friendly holiday home.
- Please do not take your beach towels. Use beach towels (if available).
- The owner reserves the right to charge a fee to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
- Please note that if the keys issued are not returned at the end of the stay, you will be charged for the replacement costs.
The client may not rent or sub-rent the property under any circumstances, even free of charge.
The owner is not responsible for the temporary failure or malfunction of any equipment, machinery or facilities in the building, grounds, etc. No compensation will be provided for temporary failure of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. All inventory must remain on the property and not be transferred to another property.
Please respect the community and try to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
The owners or resort management reserve the right to terminate the vacation without compensation if the inappropriate behavior of the persons named in the reservation (or their guests) could impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of others.
Barbecue - please use the designated barbecue utensils and clean the grill after use.
NOTE: If the BBQ is not cleaned before departure, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
No candles are allowed in the house.
Before you leave, remember!
Please respect the departure time and take the trash to the container, make the beds and wash the dirty dishes.
Any problem or complaint regarding the house must be reported directly to the house owner immediately. Any complaints not reported to the house owner or resort management at that time and reported only after the guest has returned from vacation will not be considered by the owner.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes or additions to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
The properties are privately owned and are the home of their owner. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the properties with the same respect as they would their own home.
